The O’Keefe Rail Trail is a scenic cycling/walking track and you’ll feel like you’ve had a day in nature’s playground. There’s an abundance of natural flora and fauna, the cycling paths are wide and well maintained, and there’s so much to see!
This tour departs from Axedale at 10.30am. We cycle the trail to Heathcote or Bendigo and have a break for around an hour for lunch (purchase from one of the fantastic cafes or bakeries). We arrive back in Axedale around 4 pm (or a little earlier for the Bendigo ride).
A FUN and memorable E-Bike ride to enjoy with friends or family, or if you’re on your own you’ll also have a great day.

Green Pedal is the way to go, when it comes to E-bike riding in Bendigo and Echuca. David and Suzanna run an amazing riding tour, caring about the small things as well. A nice coffee and cake starts off your tour in Axedale a nice, friendly and hospitable touch!
The rides themselves in both directions provide plenty of great scenery and are accessible by any skill level.
I have done two Green Pedal bike rides now and am already looking at a third.
