Community Support

Types of Support Provided:

1. Financial Assistance: We may offer financial contributions to eligible organisations, assisting them in their activities, programs, and projects. Eg. School Award sponsorship for Tourism Student
2. In-Kind Support: We can provide in-kind support, such as vouchers for Green Pedal experiences, equipment, ex hire bicycles, or accessories, depending on the specific needs and objectives of the supported organisation.
3. Promotional Assistance: We can help raise awareness for supported organisations by promoting their events, initiatives, or fundraising campaigns through our marketing channels, including our website, social media platforms, and newsletters.

Application Process:

1. Interested organizations are required to submit a formal request, detailing their mission, objectives, and how they align with our preferred focus areas.
2. Applications should include specific details about the resources or assistance required and the intended impact of the support.
3. The application should also include any other supporting materials.

Review and Selection Process:

1. Green Pedal Cycles will review all applications received and assess their alignment with our selection criteria and focus areas.
2. We may request additional information or schedule meetings with the applicants to gain a better understanding of their organization and its impact.
3. Final decisions will be made based on the alignment of the organisation’s objectives with our preferred areas of support, available resources, and the potential impact of the support provided.

Ongoing Partnership:

1. Once an organization is selected, we aim to establish an ongoing partnership, providing continued support, where possible and feasible.
2. We may review the supported organization’s progress periodically and explore opportunities for collaboration or additional support.

Transparency and Accountability:

1. Green Pedal Cycles is committed to transparency and accountability in its community support efforts.
2. We maintain records of supported organisations, the nature of support provided, and the impact achieved.
3. We may periodically communicate updates to our customers, stakeholders, and the community about the organisations we support and the collective impact of our partnerships.
